LunarGrids provides Community PBX telephony infrastructure. Our services are provided "as-is" and are subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

3. Acceptable Use

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at (864) 476-5413 if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunarGrids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LunarGrids Community PBX is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
