- —All operator calls, administrative calls, and support calls are force recorded, including calls between users and Lunar Grids staff, calls involving system administration, and calls involving customer support or troubleshooting.
- —Recording is automatic and cannot be disabled for these call types.
c. Technical & Usage Data
- —Call metadata (date, time, duration)
- —IP addresses
- —Device or system identifiers
- —Usage patterns for abuse prevention and compliance
