Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of acceptable and prohibited behaviour when using LunarGrids Community PBX services. It exists to protect the integrity of our infrastructure and the experience of all community members.

2. Permitted Uses

• —Legitimate personal, business, or organisational telephony.
• —Development and testing of telephony applications using our infrastructure.
• —Community collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• —Any lawful communications activity consistent with these terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

• —Spam, robocalling, or unsolicited bulk communications of any kind.
• —Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
• —Illegal surveillance or interception of communications.
• —Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• —Denial-of-service attacks against our infrastructure or third parties.
• —Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any individual or group.
• —Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• —Reselling or subletting access to our services without explicit written permission.

4. Emergency Services

LunarGrids Community PBX is not a replacement for traditional telephone services. Do not rely on our services for emergency communications (e.g., 911/999). Always have an alternative means of contacting emergency services.

5. Resource Usage

Users must not place unreasonable load on our infrastructure or engage in activities that degrade service for other users. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that engage in excessive or abusive resource consumption.

6. Reporting Violations

If you observe behaviour that violates this policy, please report it by calling (864) 476-5413. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, notification to relevant authorities where required by law, and legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations.
